LaRan Professional Hair Care System RETURN / CANCELLATION POLICY:
LaRan Professional Hair Care System does not offer refunds for any reason. In certain cases we will exchange an item or provide a CREDIT which can be used for future orders placed through our website. When a credit is issued it will be issued in the form of a coupon or gift certificate and can be applied to one or more online orders until the credit has been used up. In the event that your purchase exceeds your GIFT CERTIFICATE/CREDIT amount you will be asked to provide an additional form of payment during the checkout process. If a customer returns any item or refuses a shipment for any reason without providing EVIDENCE OF WRITTEN PERMISSION FROM LaRan Professional Hair Care System they WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. If an exception to our return policy is EVER made then we will provide you a written return authorization stating the exact terms of the refund you can expect including any applicable RE-STOCKING FEE which may be as high as 50% of the order total PLUS Shipping. In NO SITUATION WILL WE REFUND SHIPPING FEES!
SALE AND/OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED:
SALES ON DISCOUNTED ITEMS OR SPECIALLY PRICED ITEMS ARE FINAL – absolutely no refunds or store credits will be offered. In the event that the item has been discounted due to defect or damage, this will be clearly outlined in the product description.
SHIPPING ERRORS MUST BE BROUGHT TO OUR ATTENTION WITHIN 15 DAYS AFTER WE SHIP THE ITEM.
Your order will include a packing slip. Please examine your shipment carefully upon receipt and call or email us immediately if there are any problems. Shipping errors cannot be resolved if not addressed within 15 days after we ship the item out.
About PRODUCT AVAILABILITY:
Though we will do our best to keep the site updated regarding products that are available it is possible that at times a product will show available when it is actually discontinued or on back order. If we receive an order and payment for any item that is NO LONGER AVAILABLE we will PROMPTLY refund your payment in full! Please note we will ONLY refund for items not available. The rest of your order will be shipped and our STANDARD RETURN POLICY WILL APPLY. IF SOME OR ALL ITEMS in your order ARE AVAILABLE BUT NOT CURRENTLY IN STOCK WE WILL NOTIFY YOU THAT YOUR ITEMS ARE ON BACK ORDER with an ESTIMATED SHIP DATE. We understand that some items are ordered for gifts and a delay in shipment could be a problem therefore IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO ACCEPT AN ITEM ON BACK ORDER YOU ARE REQUIRED TO NOTIFY US WITHIN 72 HOURS THAT YOU WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL THE BACK-ORDERED ITEMS. Orders cancelled prior to shipment of the back-ordered items but after the 72 hour notification period WILL BE CHARGED A 20% RESTOCKING FEE.
About NOTIFY ME WHEN THIS ITEM IS AVAILABLE LISTS: After we have accepted orders that match our anticipated quantity of an item or depleted our inventory to zero we will replace the “Add To Cart” button with a “Notify Me” button. If you add your name to a NOTIFY ME WHEN THIS ITEM IS AVAILABLE list and we receive additional quantities of an item, we will notify everyone that has added their name to the Notify Me list. Notification of an Items availability does NOT mean the item has been reserved in your name. The additional inventory will be sold to the first person(s) who place their orders after the notification has been sent.
LaRan Professional Hair Care System has limited our ONLINE shipping options to USPS Priority (national), USPS Priority International or Express Mail International (EMS) to assure our customers have the least problems receiving their orders. Shipping charges will be calculated using real time USPS calculations during the checkout process. Due to the way that OVERSIZED package fees are calculated by the USPS, there have been some errors in our online calculations. We reserve the right to add additional fees to your order to cover our actual shipping expenses. We may also refund you a portion of the shipping fees if we find that the shipping our cart charges is unreasonably high! Once we receive your order and confirm your payment we will notify you by email that your shipment is on it’s way! If you would prefer to receive your order via UPS – please contact us and place your order by phone. We will gladly accomodate this shipping method, however, our online system is not currently connected to the UPS system for automatic shipping fee calculations.
When your item leaves us it is in perfect condition unless otherwise stated. We pack your item very carefully and do our best to make sure it’s delivered to you in the same condition. However, we have no control over a shipment once it is in the hands of the shipper. We offer you the opportunity to purchase insurance on your shipment. If you choose not to do so you may not have any recource with the shipper. If you do purchase insurance, you, the CUSTOMER, will have to address any damage claims with the shipper ACCORDING TO THEIR GUIDELINES AND REQUIREMENTS.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS will include the default insurance that comes with the method of shipment you choose. If you want additional insurance you should contact us PRIOR TO PLACING YOUR ORDER. There will also be a $5.00 per item handling fee included within your shipping charges. We ship internationally as a courtesy only. We will not be held responsible for the item once it leaves our shop. If you are not comfortable with your country’s shipping history you may want to call our shop to place your order and discuss paying additional fees for special handling.
*On rare occasion, usually on CANADIAN SHIPMENTS, if an item is oversized we will not be able to ship EMS Global. Should there be any reason that we do not use the shipping type you purchased during your transaction and the change results in a reduced shipping cost to us we will REFUND the difference to our customers.
